The last day of the youth festival was very eventfully. The young people went back home with many impressions, encounters and enthusiasm.
The last day of the youth festival was a very special day. The catechizing requested the young people to resist the various forms of temptations, but to follow Jesus Christ, to be mercifully. Then, "Mary´s Meals", a project which offers a warm meal daily at school in poor countries, was presented - especially Jimmy from Haiti impressed the young people.
In the evening, holy mass was celebrated. The young people were sent back home to their countries. To remember their days at Medjugorje, they got a cross, a rosary and a picture of the merciful Jesus. The final service was the holy mass at 5.00am at the Mountain of the Cross.
