Celebration of Professions at the Fatima Chapel

On September 6th, 2009 Sr. Renate and Br. Clemens celebrated their temporary professions. By their professions, they acquiesced in a closer obligation to God, and they promised to follow the evangelical counsels and the rules of the community with the help of the Holy Spirit, but they also promised to serve the church.
Sr. Renate comes from Mettersdorf/S. She has been working as a nurse at the LKH-hospital at Graz/Styria, but she came in touch with monastic life early. Her longing to live a life in God led her to the community.
Br. Clemens comes from Feldbach. He has been working as a mechanical engineer (construction division) before he felt God encroaching on his life. On a pilgrimage to Medjugorje he decided to follow Gods vocation to a life as monk.
